Access depends on the laws applicable in your specific state or territory. Where local law permits, you may open and use an account. We recommend checking the rules in your region before proceeding, as eligibility conditions vary.

Log in to your account, go to the Help Centre, and submit a data access request form. Alternatively, email our support team with your registered account email. We aim to fulfil data access requests within fourteen calendar days of receiving them.

After account closure, we retain data for the period required by applicable financial regulations. Once that retention window closes, your personal data is either permanently deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be linked back to you.

Yes. Every payment processed through UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe on our platform is subject to our Terms of Use alongside the individual payment provider's own conditions. In any conflict between the two sets of terms, our platform terms apply to the account side of the transaction.
